METHODS OF SHIPMENT FOR GREECE 

COURIER - DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR

If you choose this option, then your order will be sent by the partner courier company and the system will automatically charge you the shipping cost.

IMPORTANT: In this case, our company takes responsibility for the safety of the products for any loss or damage that may occur during transport, so if any loss or damage is found, you must report it to us within 24 hours.

Deliveries of products are made throughout Greece via Courier and specifically with: ELTA Courier & Speed Ex

Detailed cost per courier

ELTA Courier & Speedex: 6.20€ For orders under 20€ / FREE For orders over 20€

The estimated delivery time is 1- 3 working days 

Shipments abroad are made by DHL and ELTA E.M.S. at a cost of 25€. 

Estimated delivery time abroad is 5-10 working days.

Returns are accepted within 14 working days and as long as the product is in perfect condition and still marketable.

If the reason for the return is a defect or damage, the return costs will be borne by Quickgel.

In case you wish to return the product or products ordered for some other reason, e.g. you are not satisfied with the quality, colour etc. then the shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by Quickgel and are borne by the customer. 

Can I track my order?

Every customer who has provided an e-mail address on the day of sending the order receives a unique number.

With this number it is possible to track the order in the Courier tracking system.

RECEIPT FROM OUR COMPANY'S INSTALLATIONS-DEPOTS

If you choose this option then you will have to go to our warehouses yourself to pick up your order. This means that the system will not charge you for shipping costs. You should be aware that we will need to let you know the day your order will be ready for you to pick it up.
